Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using midwestpeptide.com (the "Site"), operated by Midwest BioResearch LLC ("Midwest Peptide," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Research Use Only

ALL products sold by Midwest Peptide are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Our products are:

• NOT for any clinical application
• NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

By purchasing from Midwest Peptide, the buyer confirms that they are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used solely for legitimate in-vitro research purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or are affiliated with a research institution, and that you meet the minimum age requirement.

Products and Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any product from our catalog at any time. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for research reference only and do not constitute medical advice, health claims, or recommendations for use.

Orders and Payment

We accept payment via Zelle, CashApp, and select payment processing partners. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Midwest Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms of Service.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Midwest BioResearch LLC ("Midwest Peptide") offers an SMS messaging program (the "Program") that provides order updates, shipping notifications, delivery confirmations, and promotional reminders to customers who opt in.

Consent and Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form on our Site (registration, checkout, contact, or affiliate signup), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Midwest BioResearch LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in by completing a form on our website that includes the SMS consent checkbox.

Message Types and Frequency

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. Re-Subscribing

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Midwest BioResearch LLC is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

Supported Carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates. Carrier coverage may vary.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Midwest BioResearch LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Midwest Peptide shall not be held liable for any misuse of products purchased from the Site. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In no event shall Midwest BioResearch LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Kansas.

Changes to Terms

Midwest Peptide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
