This research peptide blend combines tesamorelin (a stabilized GHRH analog) with ipamorelin (a selective GHS-R1a / ghrelin receptor agonist). In research models, the two molecules activate parallel pathways of the growth hormone axis. Supplied strictly for Research Use Only.
Both blends pair a GHRH analog with ipamorelin, but they use different GHRH backbones. Tesamorelin is an N-terminally modified GHRH(1-44) analog. CJC-1295 is a GHRH(1-29) analog. The two have distinct half-life and receptor-binding profiles in published research.
Tesamorelin stimulates pituitary GH release via the GHRH receptor while ipamorelin stimulates the same cells via the GHS-R1a (ghrelin) receptor. The combined GHRH+GHRP mechanism produces a synergistic GH pulse in research models that neither molecule produces alone.

The Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend is studied in preclinical research on GHRH and GHRP receptor signaling, somatotroph function, growth hormone pulsatility, IGF-1 axis dynamics, and visceral adipose tissue endpoints. All cited studies are conducted in rodent or in-vitro systems.
Every batch of the Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend ships with a third-party COA verifying purity by HPLC (>=99%), identity by mass spectrometry, and the per-component mass ratio. The batch-specific COA is published on this product page before purchase.
Lyophilized blend is stored at -20C for long-term storage and 2-8C for short-term use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store in original sealed vials, protected from light.
Tesamorelin is approved for human use for one specific indication. Ipamorelin is not approved for human use. The blend supplied here is for laboratory and research use only and is not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, or human use.
