CJC-1295 No DAC is a synthetic 30-amino-acid analog of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) based on the GHRH(1-29) sequence with stabilizing modifications, but without the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) moiety. In research it is studied for GHRH receptor pharmacology and growth hormone pulsatility. Supplied strictly for Research Use Only.
DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex, a maleimidopropionic acid moiety that allows CJC-1295 to bind covalently to circulating albumin and dramatically extend its half-life. The No DAC variant lacks this moiety and has a significantly shorter half-life, producing a more pulsatile profile in research models.
With DAC: extended half-life (days), produces sustained GHRH receptor activation in research models. No DAC: short half-life (~30 min), produces a discrete GH pulse closer to physiological GHRH release patterns. Researchers select the variant based on the pharmacokinetic profile their study requires.

CJC-1295 No DAC is studied in preclinical research on GHRH receptor signaling, somatotroph function, growth hormone pulsatility kinetics, and IGF-1 axis dynamics. It is also studied in combination with GHRPs like ipamorelin in research models. All cited studies are conducted in rodent or in-vitro systems.
Every batch of CJC-1295 No DAC ships with a third-party COA verifying purity by HPLC (>=99%), identity by mass spectrometry, and lyophilized mass. The batch-specific COA is published on this product page before purchase.
Lyophilized CJC-1295 No DAC is stored at -20C for long-term storage and 2-8C for short-term use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store in original sealed vials, protected from light.
